Does anyone know how to change the color of the selection box in WIndows vista?

for instance, say you are looking at the desktop windows vista (like the desktop icons and such) and you click and drag your mouse, creating a blue transparent box. Is there a way to change the box to, say, white transparent? Thanks

I dont think we can. Kind of a bummer because my entire computer the case, screen, mouse, keyboard etc all the LED lights are red. the only thing blue is this darn selection box...
